I’m having a hard time sleeping at night lately.
I’m also having trouble staying awake during the day.
Strange how those two tend to coincide…
Which angle do you attack first? Supposing you want to be diurnal, which I do; do you muscle through the daytime sleepiness, or force yourself to lie still at night?
